CONSULTANCY, OFFENDER MANAGEMENT, PROBATION AND SOCIAL WORK.
All our staff is checked for Criminal records, references are obtained, and all other necessary checks are made.
Our Company uses experienced workers who have worked and trained for Probation work, Social work and in other such areas.
We have a number of qualified, experienced and dedicated staff members to work in Criminal Justice and Social work (Probation, Youth offending, Prisons, Courts, Social services, drug and addictions and rehabilitation work), as follows:

All areas of Probation work:
Court duty, PSRs (e-OASys trained), group work (accredited staff), Community Punishment work, Parole and other reports, Supervision of offenders, who are subject to Punishment in the community orders made by the court and or are subject to Parole Licence. Our staff is qualified, experienced, accredited to run programmes, and equipped to undertake work in all areas of probation and Social services, Youth offending teams, prisons and other allied services. Our main aim is to raise awareness and motivate clients to address addiction (drug and alcohol), domestic violence, temper control, behaviour modification and self-examination.
We also undertake work with children and families, life skills, child rearing, understanding child development and behaviour, life coaching, confidence building and good house keeping.

 

Some of the areas of our intervention is listed below:

  • Youth Offending

  • Secure accommodation

  • Prisons and secure units

  • Debt counselling

  • Supervision of offenders

  • Domestic Violence

  • Life coaching,

  • Health and welfare.

We are able to provide assistance with:

  • Writing of reports for the Courts,

  • Court work (court duties etc),

  • Supervision of Court orders and Licences,

  • Group work, utilising both formal skills and those identified else where. e.g. Relaxation, Psychotherapeutic Counselling, Art Therapy and Skills therapy etc.

All of the above services will be provided at the client’s site unless agreed otherwise!


Our Staff have experience of working in prisons, hostels and other probation settings. They are able to readily adapt to differing situations and demands. We recognise and are up to date with the changing role of the Probation Service to a more structured, challenging and consistently delivered agency. We appreciate the reliable role it plays in promoting and optimising community.


We believe that each person is unique and valuable and that mind and body are inseparable. We therefore have a holistic approach in everything we do. Beliefs are self-fulfilling prophecies and when people start believing in themselves and their capabilities they increase their chances of success tremendously.

Court work.


We provide services in English, Hindi, Punjabi and Urdu languages. We are happy to negotiate the venue to suit Individual needs, circumstances, and are willing to pay home visits. Referrals are welcomed from all sources.


Learning and Training:
Our Learning and Training Section is headed by David Morgan, M.C.I.P.D, and M.C.I.M, famous for training in, management development, inter-personal skills, marketing and sales, team leadership and team development. There are over
thirty training programmes including, Equal Opportunities, Cultural diversity and non-discriminatory practices run by us.

The Managing Director, Harinder Toor has well over 13 years experience (1974 to end of 1988) of working in Community Relations and attended all training courses run by CRE. During this period she initiated many new projects for minority groups in the area. She has been a popular speaker on the subjects of,’ Race and Community Relations’, ‘Cultural diversity’, ‘Asian diet’, ‘custom’, and religion.
