NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming)

This involves the therapist studying the clients feelings, thinking and behaviour in order to decide in the necessary techniques and principles for enhancing individual ability and to remove blockages to facilitate resolving of problems during therapy.

NLP empowers people to learn and to achieve more in every area of life. It helps them to solve their problems through learning at the unconscious level. The unconscious mind is the source of solutions to many problems. It is also an incredible reservoir of unrealised knowledge, energy and strength.

An experienced therapist taps into these resources through special language, skills and the art of indirect suggestions to communicate with the unconscious when there is less interference from the conscious mind.

It is vital to have flexibility in choosing the appropriate method to suit individual needs to raise their awareness about their feelings and desired outcome. In therapy NLP techniques can help the individual with their personal development and enhancement in personal performance by replacing negative thoughts and associated feelings with more positive ones.

We believe that each person is unique and valuable and that mind and body are inseparable. We therefore have a holistic approach in everything we do. Beliefs are self-fulfilling prophecies and when people start believing in themselves and their capabilities they increase their chances of success tremendously.
